Using UXLENS you can collect details such as page urls, query parameters, clicks, scrolls and page content that the user was presented with, device type, browser type, operating system, IP address of your site visitors. You can use this information to maintain quality of your website and improve visitor engagement.
UXLENS uses cookies to track users on your website. Cookies will be used to identify if a user is visiting your site for the first time or if they are coming back again. Cookies will also be used if a user navigates across several domains which you have configured for tracking with UXLENS.
Do Not Track header is the proposed HTTP header field DNT that requests that a web application disable its tracking of an individual user. It indicates the user's tracking preference and UXLENS will honor their choice of not being tracked. If any user has opted for DNT then UXLENS will turn off tracking for that user completely.
As part of your usage of UXLENS, you will have to disclose and comply to all privacy laws/regulations that are applicable to your users. Your privacy policy must explain the usage of cookies and the data collected from users.
You must also disclose your intended use of the data and for how long you plan to store data about a user. Typical storage duration of user data storage with UXLENS is 30 days.
DNT serves as a method of opting out of tracking and we require you to disclose this on your privacy policy page.
